Bromley Roofing Built Right at the Edges, Valleys and Vents
We replace and repair roofs, inspect them, fix storm damage, and handle gutters and siding for homes in Bromley and nearby towns like Ludlow and Crescent Springs. Most roofs fail at the small spots first. We spend our time there, so the work on your home holds up.
What Sets the Cost of Your Roof Work
Every roof prices out a little differently. We put a number on yours only after we've walked it and checked the decking, the flashing and the vents. These are the things that swing the total most.
Every estimate follows a free inspection and puts each part of the job on its own line. First-time customers can also use our current deal, Limited Time — $50 Off Your First Service Call.
- Size and pitch
- More squares of roof means more material and labor. Steep roofs need extra safety gear and slow the crew down, which adds time.
- What's under the shingles
- Soft or rotted decking has to be cut out and replaced before anything new goes down. We can't always see it until the old roof comes off, so we tell you up front how we'll handle it.
- Layers to tear off
- A roof with two layers takes longer to strip and haul away than one with a single layer.
- Chimneys, skylights and valleys
- Each one needs flashing and careful cuts. A plain gable roof goes faster than a roof with dormers, valleys and a chimney.
- Materials you choose
- Shingle line, underlayment and ventilation upgrades all change the cost. We'll walk you through the options and what each one gets you.
- Permits and access
- Some jobs need a permit, and a tight lot or a long carry for the dumpster can add labor.
Roofing, Gutters and Siding for Your Home
We do roof replacement, roof repair, roof inspections and storm damage repair, plus gutters and siding. That covers the whole outside shell that keeps water off and out of your home. Each service has its own page with more detail. If you're not sure which one you need, start with an inspection and we'll tell you what we see.

Roof Replacement
Full tear-off, a checked deck, new underlayment and flashing fit by hand, so your new roof lasts as long as the shingles are rated to.

Roof Repair
We trace leaks to the real source and fix shingles, flashing, pipe boots and decking the right way, so the repair holds.

Roof Inspections
A free roof inspection that checks flashing, vents, nail lines and the attic, with photos and a plain list of what needs work and what can wait.

Storm Damage Repair
Wind, hail or a fallen limb hit your roof? We document the damage, explain your options and repair it so the fix holds through the next storm.

Gutters
One-piece gutter runs and gutter repairs set at the right slope, fastened into sound fascia, and drained well away from your foundation.

Siding
Vinyl and fiber cement siding repaired or replaced, with the wrap, flashing and nailing behind it done carefully so water stays out.
Why Homeowners Call Us
Shingles get the attention, but leaks start at flashing, nail lines and edges. That's where we slow down.
Flashing done by hand
Chimneys, walls and skylights get step flashing bent and fit on site, one piece per shingle course. We don't lean on a tube of caulk to do flashing's job. Caulk dries out in a few seasons. Metal laid right doesn't.
Nails where they belong
Every shingle gets nailed in the strip the maker marks, at the count they call for. A nail set high or driven crooked is how shingles lift in the first big wind. We check it as we go, not at the end.
Licensed and insured
Both are in place before a ladder ever touches your house. Ask about either on the phone, and you'll get a plain answer.
Labor backed for a decade
Our installs carry a 10-year labor warranty. Should a seam open or a piece of flashing work loose because of the way our crew put it on, we come back out and redo that work.
Fix it or replace it, told straight
Some roofs only need a few hours of work. When that's the case, you'll hear it from us along with a repair price. When the wear runs across the whole roof, we bring down photos so you can see it for yourself.

A Roofing Company That Works From the Details Out
We're Roofing Bromley. We work on homes across Northern Kentucky, and we keep the focus on the parts of a roof most people never see. Drip edge, starter strip, valley metal, pipe boots. Those are the pieces that decide whether a roof lasts its full life or starts leaking early.
Our winters bring freeze and thaw, and that finds every loose seam on a roof. So we build each one tight from the start. We'd rather take an extra hour on a chimney than come back for a leak next spring. You can read more on our About page.

Questions We Hear Most
Can my roof be fixed, or does it need replacing?
Age and how far the wear has spread decide most of it. A handful of lifted shingles or a cracked pipe boot is usually a simple fix. When shingles are curling and shedding granules from ridge to gutter, patches won't buy much time. We'll show you photos and tell you which way we'd go.
What does your warranty cover?
Our labor is warrantied for ten years. That covers how we installed the roof, not the shingles themselves. Shingles and other materials carry their own coverage from the maker, and we'll explain how that works for your roof.
Can you help with an insurance claim after a storm?
We can inspect the roof, photograph the damage and explain what we found. We'll walk you through how the claim process usually goes. Your insurance adjuster makes the decision on coverage, not us. We're glad to meet the adjuster on the roof if that helps.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most homes take one to two days once we start. Steep roofs, extra layers or a lot of bad decking can stretch that. Weather can push a start date, and we'll keep you posted if it does.
Is the inspection really free?
Yes. We come out, look over the roof and tell you what we see at no charge. There's no obligation to hire us after.
Will you make a mess of my yard?
We tarp plants, lay boards over the driveway where the dumpster sits, and tidy up before we leave each evening. On the last day we go over the grass and drive with a magnet so no nails end up in a tire or a bare foot.
Do you also handle gutters and siding?
We do. Gutters that overflow can rot fascia and soak the edge of the roof deck, so we often look at them during a roof inspection. Siding damage from wind or hail is something we can check on the same visit.
Is there a discount for new customers?
There is. We're currently running Limited Time — $50 Off Your First Service Call. Bring it up on the phone and we'll tell you how it fits the work you need.
How a Job Runs
Most jobs follow the same few steps. You'll know what's next before it happens.
- 1
Free inspection
We get on the roof and in the attic if we can. We look at shingles, flashing, vents, decking and gutters, and take photos of what we find.
- 2
Written estimate
You get a line-item estimate and our honest take on repair or replacement. No pressure to decide that day.
- 3
Prep and protection
We cover shrubs and protect the siding and driveway. We pull the permit when the job needs one.
- 4
The work
We tear off, fix any bad decking, lay underlayment, then flashing and shingles. Edges, valleys and penetrations get our closest attention.
- 5
Cleanup and walk-through
Old shingles and scraps go into the dumpster as we work, not in one pile at the end. Before we pack up, a rolling magnet makes passes over the grass, the drive and the planting areas to pick up any loose nails. Last, we sit down with you, flip through the photos and show you what was done.
Let's Take a Close Look at Your Roof
We'll check the flashing, vents, edges and shingles and tell you plainly what we find. No pressure, just answers.
